If not lost ask her what she's doing in an interested and genually curious way and if she has time to come have some fun. (all this with everyone in your group having fun) Note: if she needs help to go to a place help her and direct her and give her your number saying if you need help here (she's a tourist). also , give an offer to show her around. First ask if she’s lost then ask if you can help and invite her to come and have some fun (no one likes to be left out).
